糸 (Thread)
The average length of a thread produced by a silkworm is said to be some 1,500m.
An almost invisible thread connects a silkworm’s cocoon, a glass spool and a sawing needle. There are glass ’dews’ on the thread. They occasionally become visible as you walk around it.
